Comic Book Legal Defense Fund Names New President

According to ICv2, there have been some changes to the CBLDF (Comic Book Legal Defense Fund)Larry Marder will replace Chris Powell as president, but Powell will remain on the Board of Directors.  In addition to Powell, Dale Cendali, nationally recognized as a leader in the field of intellectual property, has joined the board which includes Joe Ferrara, Louise Nemschoff, Milton Griepp, Neil Gaiman, Peter David,  Paul Levitz, and Steve Geppi.

The Comic Book Legal Defense Fund is an organization which is dedicated to the protection of the First Amendment rights of comics as an art form and its community of creators, publishers, librarians, retailers, and readers.
