6THE WALKING DEAD: BOOK 5, by Robert Kirkman and Charlie Adlard. (Image Comics, $34.99.) This hardcover edition of the zombie survival tale collects issues 49-60 in which the group of survivors start their dangerous trek to Washington.3

5SCALPED, VOL. 6, by Jason Aaron and R.M. Guera. (Vertigo, $14.99.) This is the latest volume about life and death on an Indian reservation. In this installment, Red Crow, the corrupt casino leader, commits a murder in front of witnesses, giving the F.B.I. hope of putting him away.1
6SCOTT PILGRIM VS. THE WORLD, by Bryan Lee O'Malley. (Oni Press, $11.95.) Scott Pilgrim faces off against the second of Ramona’s evil ex-boyfriends. What will Knives Chau think? Aren’t THEY dating?8

9V FOR VENDETTA, by Alan Moore and David Lloyd. (DC Comics, $19.99.) In a dystopian future, an anarchist sets out to topple the oppressive and totalitarian government of the United Kingdom.58
